Australian festival favourites, Golden Fiddle Recipients & 4 time “Bluegrass” Golden Guitar finalists, The Hillbilly Goats, strip back the layers of modern music and transport you on a journey through roots and old time blues.
 
These guys aren’t just a band – they’re a “show” featuring stories and song combined with tap dancing, bones, big harmonies and regular instrument changes.
 
The Hillbilly Goats are a "standout" folk band in Australia due to their passionate research and delivery of old time traditional folk music.

LIVE IN CONCERT SATURDAY NIGHT 16 July 2022

Luke began performing at a young age on the Country Music Festival Circuit throughout Qld and the NT. His reputation for high energy performances has taken him to locations throughout the United States and Australia. He took his original music to the US, where he recorded and produced his songs with Kenny Royster (Hurricane - Luke Combs) in Nashville. Luke has new original music in the making, with plans to record and release, inspired by his passion for country music. See Luke and the band on stage Saturday night.

Josh Arnold

PERFORMING WITH THE LOCAL KIDS OF BOULIA SATURDAY NIGHT!

 

Loved country music star Josh Arnold is coming to Boulia to help celebrate this our 25th Anniversary Boulia Camel Races!  He'll be co-writing an original song with local Boulia school kids to mark the occasion and they'll perform the song at the races!

Josh is a song writer, performer, music producer and film director with more than 20 years of industry experience from winning a Golden Guitar to having his music placed on TV programs around the world and played nationally on radio stations across Australia.

Zac Cross Band

We're welcoming Zac Cross Band to Boulia for 2022 and they'll bring lots of popular music to the stage, plus some of their own sounds including their debut single 'Into The Night'.

The Crack-Up Sisters

Regular Appearances Throughout the Weekend

The Crackup Sisters are from Winton, Outback Queensland. Just two towns and 362km from Boulia.

The sisters and their working dogs tour the country bringing outback stories to life with comedy, larrikinism and give it a go attitude. They mash together the beaut Australian performing arts of stock whip cracking, hula hooping, aerial and knockabout acrobatics along with spinning yarns.

Get along and join in the fun trackside and visit their ‘Homestead’ on the race grounds for full scale family comedy action.
